We are hosting a Sound Bath in our beloved Rotterdam again! Embark on a profound journey of self-discovery in Batavierhuis, Rotterdam.

This unique 90-minute session is designed to transport you into a realm of deep relaxation and tranquility. Wrapped in a cozy blanket let the ancient tones of Tibetan singing bowls and harmonic instruments guide you into serenity. The session starts with gentle yoga nidra inducing a profound state of relaxation and as you delve deeper you'll be gently brought back to the present moment reawakening to the world around you.

After the session join us for a heartwarming tea drink fostering a sense of community and connection. Each participant receives reflection cards offering a personal space to capture any emotions or thoughts that emerged. These cards serve as cherished mementos of your unique journey with us.

For this particular event we ask you to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket :)

THIS IS A SPECIAL EVENT: we will use a timpani (very big drum) together with all other instruments. The experience might be more energising than the others! :)
