The session begins with a gentle yoga nidra practice leading you into a profound state of relaxation. The enchanting sounds of harmonic instruments will then take you even deeper into serenity.

After approximately 60 minutes you will be gently brought back to the present moment. You're encouraged to take your time during this transition slowly reawakening to the world around you.

Once you feel ready you are invited to join for a delightful tea session where we foster a sense of community and connection. During this time reflection cards are provided to each participant offering a personal space to capture any feelings thoughts or wishes that may have emerged during the experience.
